Defination

In this terms of service;

  • The artist means

  • The clients means

  • The holder means

artwork rights

  • The artist have full right over the artwork, including the right to post the artwork with watermark on the social media, portfolio, promote or any similatlr activities.

  • The client shall not claim the design as the artwork as creator.

  • The cilent shall not edit, trace, redraw, inculded any wrongful act direct to the original artwork.

  • The cilent shall not use in commercial purpose (except, the cilent have commercial work right in the artwork)

  • In case, for non-disclosure agreement (NDA), the cilent shall paid ×2 of net commission fee. This agreement shall notify at the date of

commercial work

  • Status: CLOSE

ORDERING

  • A request send via DM or VGen

  • Reference must be clear with full color including extra items and props.

PROCESS

  • A rough sketch will send within 1-3 days after received a commission details. If there is previous queue, a sketch will send after previous work finish.

  • In sketch progress, The client have right to adjust, change or comment some minor/major details without additional fee.

  • After stketch confirm, The artist will continue work after receive payment

  • After sketch is approved, The client shall not request for any changing, unless The artist mistake (e.g. missing some detail, wrong detail from reference)

  • A request shall not an urgent work.

  • Duration of progress take 1week - 1 month. A period may change due to a work difficulty

  • The artist have right to refuse any commissions for any reason.

PAYPAL (USD)

  • The client shall pay full amount of payment within 3 days

  • A payment method is agreed upon by both The parties.

  • A commission will be automatic cancel if the payment period elapsed.

  • No refund available for any reasons, except if the cancellation is due to The artist.
